12. Những lưu ý khi trả lời câu hỏi đề thi IELTS Speaking 2023

Lắng nghe câu hỏi và nắm được từ khóa chính

Nghe kỹ câu hỏi và nắm được từ khóa chính của câu hỏi là việc rất quan trọng. Nắm được từ khóa chính giúp bạn trả lời câu hỏi đúng trọng tâm, tránh trả lời lang mang, lạc đề.

Chú ý đến thời động từ của câu hỏi

Một trong những tiêu chí quan trọng để chấm điểm bài nói là ngữ pháp, trong đó có thời động từ. Nếu câu trả lời của bạn mắc lỗi ngữ pháp quá nhiều, bài thi sẽ không được điểm cao. Để tránh bị trừ điểm, bạn cần lắng nghe rõ thời động từ của câu hỏi và từ đó bạn sẽ biết trả lời câu hỏi ở thời động từ nào.

Tránh trường hợp trả lời dài dòng, lạc đề

Nhiều bạn có quan điểm rằng câu trả lời càng dài thì điểm càng cao. Nhưng thực tế, nếu bạn trả lời dài, bạn sẽ dễ bị mắc lỗi ngữ pháp, và có thể bị lạc đề. Tuy nhiên, cách trả lời dài này chỉ phù hợp với những bạn có khả năng giao tiếp tiếng Anh tốt. Đối với những câu hỏi dễ bạn có thể trả lời câu hỏi nhiều hơn và đối những câu hỏi khó bạn nên trả lời đúng trọng tâm, vừa phải.

Kiểm soát được thời gian trả lời

Việc này giúp bạn “control” được câu trả lời. Nếu không kiểm soát được thời gian thì bài thi của bạn có thể sẽ quá ngắn hoặc quá dài và điểm số sẽ bị ảnh hưởng.

Trả lời “thần thái”, nhìn vào ban giám khảo khi trả lời

Nhìn vào ban giám khảo khi trả lời bài thi, giúp bạn thể hiện được sự tự tin. Điều này rất quan trọng trong bài thi IELTS Speaking.

Nếu bạn không nghe rõ câu hỏi, hãy yêu cầu ban giám khảo nhắc lại

Trường hợp không nghe rõ câu hỏi và đoán đề dẫn đến việc bạn trả lời sai trọng tâm câu hỏi. Vì vậy, hãy yêu cầu ban giám khảo nhắc lại câu hỏi nếu bạn không nghe rõ. Nhưng lưu ý, việc yêu cầu giám khảo nhắc lại câu hỏi quá nhiều lần sẽ dẫn đến giám khảo nghĩ bạn không hiểu câu hỏi, kỹ năng nghe chưa tốt, từ đó điểm số của bạn sẽ không được cao.
